In 2023, Tō Art House set up the Tō Art Prize at the Department of Fine Arts of the Chinese University of Hong Kong to complement one graduate each year who demonstrates mature artistic skills in comparison to peers and envisions contemporary issues in their graduation work. The awardees will have the privilege to access Tō Art House facilities and resources freely, undergo a three to six-month-long residency, and showcase their residency outcome through a solo exhibition at Tō Art House.
In 2023, the recipient of the Tō Art Prize from the Department of Fine Arts of the Chinese University of Hong Kong is Siu Ka Hei, Rainbow.
