Opening Night of Nomadic at Jim Thompson Art Centre

The “Nomadic” group exhibition by nine artists (see below for the full list) from Southeast Asia opened on 22 March 2024 at Jim Thompson Art Centre, Bangkok. Congratulations to curator Dr. Vennes Cheng for pulling together the second episode of her ambitious trilogy about the histories of human displacement in the region.

Tō Art House is delighted to be part of the support which sustains Dr. Cheng’s ambitious curatorial effort to enable the artists from a diverse origins and ancestries to reflect on the intertwining identities and histories of the regions across the continent, and, through their art works, to reveal current and emerging issues of this urgent topic.
